Most managed care programs will have a site which lists the doctors, hospitals and/or facilities included in the PPO or HMO network. The network's website tend to have the most accurate and up to date provider lists. You should also receive a book listing the providers in the network. Keep in mind, the providers are always subject to change without notice. Again, the network's website is your best bet to keep up with changing providers.
